Day 1: BELGRADE – GRAZ
Meet at the city center of Belgrade at 5:30 AM. Departure at 6:00 AM. Daytime drive through Croatia and Slovenia with occasional breaks for refreshment and restroom stops. Arrival in Graz in the late afternoon. Graz is the second largest city in Austria and the capital of the federal state of Styria. It is located in the pre-Alpine area, with the Mur river flowing through the city. Guided tour of the city center. Graz’s historic center was inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 1999 as a remarkable example of harmonious coexistence of typical buildings from different historical periods and architectural styles. Free time for independent exploration. Accommodation at the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 2: SALZBURG
Breakfast. Continue to Salzburg. Tour of the city famous as Mozart’s birthplace and for its baroque architecture. Walk and sightseeing outside: Mirabell Palace with beautiful gardens, the house of famous conductor Herbert von Karajan, the main pedestrian zone with baroque palaces, Mozart’s birthplace, Cathedral... Free time for lunch and individual activities. Optional: visit to Hohensalzburg Fortress with a funicular ride, one of the largest medieval castles in Europe. The fortress offers a stunning view over the city. Accommodation in a hotel in the Salzburg region. Overnight stay.
Day 3: MONDSEE – ST. GILGEN – ST. WOLFGANG – SCHAFBERG
Breakfast. Around 8:30 AM departure for a fairytale excursion starting with a visit to the town of Mondsee on the eponymous lake. Mondsee Lake, mysterious like its name meaning “Moon Lake,” along with the other lakes in the Salzkammergut region, charms all visitors with its pure natural beauty. Next, visit St. Gilgen, birthplace of the mother of one of the most respected composers – Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Walk along the lake to the old town center of St. Gilgen. The narrow streets resemble coastal towns, and everything is so charming you won’t know where to look first. We will stay here until 12 PM, then continue by boat to the picturesque town of St. Wolfgang on the lake shore, visited year-round. Walk to Kirchen Square and admire the richly decorated church with Pacher’s altar, the most beautiful church in the Austrian lake area. Free time for lunch. Then, complete this magnificent experience with an optional excursion on the historic cog railway from St. Wolfgang to the summit of Schafberg Mountain in the Northern Alps. Enjoy a breathtaking ride through stunning landscapes to the viewpoint at 1783 meters elevation, with views of incredible lakes and charming towns above the sparkling lakes of the Salzkammergut at the foot of the Alps. The ride takes 35 minutes one way. On the summit, you’ll find another surprise – it feels like you’ve reached the edge of the world! About one hour stop at the Schafbergspitze viewpoint. Tour the romantic town with its historical atmosphere, from the county church, through the main town square to the fishermen’s houses. Optional visit to the old salt mine, one of Austria’s top attractions. We recommend the “Skywalk,” a spectacular viewpoint above Hallstatt on Salzberg Mountain, followed by lunch and rest at the Rudolf Tower restaurant. Continue traveling through Slovenia and Croatia with short breaks for rest. Arrival at the departure point after midnight.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS:
Excursions must be booked before departure. Payment is made IN CASH AT THE OFFICE no later than 15 days before departure. Once booked, optional excursions cannot be canceled on site, and the paid amount is non-refundable.
Optional excursions are additional services included as possibilities in the travel program but are not mandatory parts of the trip. The realization of excursions or other optional services does not affect the execution of the main travel program, and their prices are not included in the basic tour price (excursions, entrance tickets, various insurance, etc.). Execution of optional services abroad depends on the number of participants, ticket availability, timing of passenger bookings, availability of guides, transport, etc., and cannot be a reason for complaints regarding the overall tour.
ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION:
Amedia Express Graz Airport 3* is located in Feldkirchen near Graz Airport. The accommodation offers free WiFi throughout the property. Rooms at the hotel feature a desk and TV. A buffet breakfast is served every morning. Guests can enjoy the sun terrace, use the business center, or relax in the bar.

Oekotel Salzburg Messe is situated in Salzburg and offers free WiFi. The bus line 4 stops right in front of the hotel and takes you directly to the historic center of Salzburg. All hotel rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a desk, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower (without cabin). Towels and bed linen are provided. There is an elevator to reach rooms on higher floors. Every morning, Oekotel Salzburg Messe serves a buffet breakfast.

Note about tipping: Tips are given at the end of the trip when submitting feedback forms on the bus if you are satisfied with the service. It is a token of appreciation and reward for the guide. Suggested amount for multi-day tours is 5–10 €. The driver, who is not employed by Travel Klub, can be tipped 1–5 €. The driver is responsible for your safety during the trip.

1. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE ORGANIZER:
In case of an insufficient number of registered passengers, the deadline for trip cancellation is 5 days before departure.
The ORGANIZER reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in the currency market or changes in accommodation or transport costs.
The ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify the travel program (changing the order of certain program elements due to objective circumstances).
The arrangement is made based on a minimum of 10 passengers.
The General Terms and Conditions of travel of the organizer apply to this arrangement.

2. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE TRAVELER:
Before the trip starts, the traveler has the right to cancel the trip and must notify the Organizer in writing in the manner specified in the contract.
The date of the written cancellation notice is the basis for calculating the cancellation fee owed to the Organizer, expressed as a percentage according to the cancellation scale relative to the total price of the trip, unless otherwise specified by the program, as follows:

If the traveler cancels timely (90 to 45 days before departure), the Organizer is entitled only to administrative costs of 2,500 RSD.

10% if canceled 44 to 30 days before departure

20% if canceled 29 to 20 days before departure

40% if canceled 19 to 15 days before departure

80% if canceled 14 to 10 days before departure

90% if canceled 9 to 6 days before departure

100% if canceled 5 to 0 days before departure or during the trip
GENERAL NOTES:

Upon registration, it is necessary to provide a copy of the passport or ID card/passport data with which the traveler will travel. It is mandatory that the traveler checks the validity and expiration date of the travel document, as well as the number of free pages required for travel.

The organizer reserves the right to change certain elements of the program due to extraordinary circumstances and matters that Travel Klub cannot foresee at the time of contract conclusion.

The organizer is not authorized to verify or assess the validity of travel or other documents.

Travel Klub is not responsible for any information given orally.

The signatory of the contract or the representative of the group of travelers is obliged to inform all travelers about the agreed program and payment conditions.

Travelers must check the exact departure time and place of the group two days before the trip.

The traveler is obliged to familiarize themselves with the rules of conduct in the country they are traveling to and comply with valid legal and customs regulations.

Transportation and transfers are performed with standard means of transport according to the regulations and criteria valid in the country where the carrier engaged by the organizer is registered. The regulations, principles, and rules determined by the carrier apply (e.g., transport in any vehicle does not imply numbered seats, nor included meals or drinks during the journey, etc.). The traveler must accept any offered seat in the vehicle.

The organizer has the right to engage all types of tourist buses that meet regulatory requirements (mini bus, bus, or double-decker), as well as other means of transport if circumstances require.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of narcotics are strictly prohibited in transport vehicles.
-
Travelers are required to stay in their seats on buses and other transport means during transfers and must not leave them at places not designated for breaks (borders, checkpoints, toll stations, etc.). If a traveler leaves the vehicle without prior agreement with the Travel Klub representative, they bear all possible costs and consequences themselves.

A traveler who disturbs other passengers or interferes with drivers and escorts through inappropriate behavior will be immediately excluded from the trip, and all responsibility passes to them without the right to complaint or refund.
-
The traveler must respect the schedule set by the Travel Klub representative during excursions; otherwise, the representative has the right to exclude the traveler from the excursion.

Toilets are not available on buses; according to the itinerary, breaks are made every 3–4 hours (depending on location and the equipment of the gas station), which travelers can use to visit the restroom.
-
Travel Klub determines seating arrangements, departure locations, break places, and their duration; by paying for transport, the traveler accepts all the above without the right to objection or complaint.
-
For all offered or available optional extras related to the itinerary or accommodation, travelers must express their interest when registering for the trip.
-
If a traveler independently decides to change part of the itinerary, Travel Klub is not responsible for providing transfer/early or late check-in or check-out in accommodation/different overnight stays than those foreseen by the itinerary.

Due to respecting the timetable foreseen by the program and the time of other travelers in the group, there is no possibility to delay at the border representing the exit from the European Union for the purpose of tax refund and invoice validation (TAX FREE).

Travelers who fail to settle debts and pay for excursions by the deadline stated in the itinerary and who do not notify Travel Klub in any written form within 24 hours of the payment deadline expiration will be treated as if they have withdrawn from the excursion.

City tours included in the program do not include visits or tours of interiors of public buildings, institutions, or cultural monuments unless explicitly specified in the travel program.

City tours during excursions may be realized on foot, by private transport, public transport, or any other means.
-
Travelers intending to visit museums and galleries are advised to check their opening hours in advance and plan visits accordingly with their free time.

Travelers are obliged to take care of their travel documents, money, and belongings during the excursion/trip. Leaving valuables in transport vehicles or hotel rooms is not recommended, as neither the organizer, nor the carrier, nor the hotel is responsible for them! In case of theft (loss of personal belongings), the traveler can claim compensation only for insured items through authorized insurance companies. The organizer cannot be held responsible, nor can complaints be filed against the organizer related to theft or unforeseen circumstances.

Minors traveling without one parent need consent from the other parent to cross the border, or if traveling without parental supervision, they must have an adult companion and notarized consent from both parents at the border crossing. Parental consent statements must be notarized.

The safety and health condition of each traveler is their personal responsibility. All travelers must be aware of the health and safety situation in the countries they travel to.
RULES OF CONDUCT:

All travelers must follow the guide's instructions and respect the decisions of responsible persons. Anyone who ignores advice or warnings may be excluded from the trip, and assumes all responsibility and costs arising from such conduct.

Traveling in groups is not the same as an individual tour; travelers must be aware of weather conditions, space for sightseeing, localities, needs of other group members, and the time needed for sightseeing.

Weather conditions cannot be a justified reason for trip cancellation. We do not go into nature to sunbathe but to experience new things; we climb mountains to reach peaks, not to sunbathe and take pictures. Taking pictures on unmarked, dangerous, and unsafe trails, cliffs, viewpoints, and inaccessible areas is strictly prohibited.

Hiking and visiting mountain peaks and viewpoints is a dangerous sport (hobby), and each traveler participates at their own risk. Travelers should assess their ability and fitness for the program and consult with their doctor before the trip.

Extreme sports such as rafting, canyoning, etc., are called extreme sports for a reason. Please keep this in mind when registering for such or similar programs and follow instructions.

All trash and waste must be taken back and disposed of in trash bins. During our tours, we will not disturb plant or animal life or pollute nature; we will respect and honor the local population.

When visiting monasteries and churches, appropriate dress is required.

Any form of discrimination, political symbols, or expressions of intolerance and hatred on any grounds is strictly prohibited, and such travelers will be excluded from the trip without the right to complaint or appeal.

DAYTIME TRAVEL
Day 1: BELGRADE – GRAZ
Meet at the city center of Belgrade at 5:30 AM. Departure at 6:00 AM. Daytime drive through Croatia and Slovenia with occasional breaks for refreshment and restroom stops. Arrival in Graz in the late afternoon. Graz is the second largest city in Austria and the capital of the federal state of Styria. It is located in the pre-Alpine area, with the Mur river flowing through the city. Guided tour of the city center. Graz’s historic center was inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 1999 as a remarkable example of harmonious coexistence of typical buildings from different historical periods and architectural styles. Free time for independent exploration. Accommodation at the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 2: SALZBURG
Breakfast. Continue to Salzburg. Tour of the city famous as Mozart’s birthplace and for its baroque architecture. Walk and sightseeing outside: Mirabell Palace with beautiful gardens, the house of famous conductor Herbert von Karajan, the main pedestrian zone with baroque palaces, Mozart’s birthplace, Cathedral... Free time for lunch and individual activities. Optional: visit to Hohensalzburg Fortress with a funicular ride, one of the largest medieval castles in Europe. The fortress offers a stunning view over the city. Accommodation in a hotel in the Salzburg region. Overnight stay.
Day 3: MONDSEE – ST. GILGEN – ST. WOLFGANG – SCHAFBERG
Breakfast. Around 8:30 AM departure for a fairytale excursion starting with a visit to the town of Mondsee on the eponymous lake. Mondsee Lake, mysterious like its name meaning “Moon Lake,” along with the other lakes in the Salzkammergut region, charms all visitors with its pure natural beauty. Next, visit St. Gilgen, birthplace of the mother of one of the most respected composers – Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Walk along the lake to the old town center of St. Gilgen. The narrow streets resemble coastal towns, and everything is so charming you won’t know where to look first. We will stay here until 12 PM, then continue by boat to the picturesque town of St. Wolfgang on the lake shore, visited year-round. Walk to Kirchen Square and admire the richly decorated church with Pacher’s altar, the most beautiful church in the Austrian lake area. Free time for lunch. Then, complete this magnificent experience with an optional excursion on the historic cog railway from St. Wolfgang to the summit of Schafberg Mountain in the Northern Alps. Enjoy a breathtaking ride through stunning landscapes to the viewpoint at 1783 meters elevation, with views of incredible lakes and charming towns above the sparkling lakes of the Salzkammergut at the foot of the Alps. The ride takes 35 minutes one way. On the summit, you’ll find another surprise – it feels like you’ve reached the edge of the world! About one hour stop at the Schafbergspitze viewpoint. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 4: HALLSTATT – BELGRADE
Breakfast. Check-out from the hotel. Drive to one of Austria’s most beautiful towns – Hallstatt on the shores of its eponymous lake. Tour the romantic town with its historical atmosphere, from the county church, through the main town square to the fishermen’s houses. Optional visit to the old salt mine, one of Austria’s top attractions. We recommend the “Skywalk,” a spectacular viewpoint above Hallstatt on Salzberg Mountain, followed by lunch and rest at the Rudolf Tower restaurant. Continue traveling through Slovenia and Croatia with short breaks for rest. Arrival at the departure point after midnight.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS:
Excursions must be booked before departure. Payment is made IN CASH AT THE OFFICE no later than 15 days before departure. Once booked, optional excursions cannot be canceled on site, and the paid amount is non-refundable.
Optional excursions are additional services included as possibilities in the travel program but are not mandatory parts of the trip. The realization of excursions or other optional services does not affect the execution of the main travel program, and their prices are not included in the basic tour price (excursions, entrance tickets, various insurance, etc.). Execution of optional services abroad depends on the number of participants, ticket availability, timing of passenger bookings, availability of guides, transport, etc., and cannot be a reason for complaints regarding the overall tour.
ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION:
Amedia Express Graz Airport 3* is located in Feldkirchen near Graz Airport. The accommodation offers free WiFi throughout the property. Rooms at the hotel feature a desk and TV. A buffet breakfast is served every morning. Guests can enjoy the sun terrace, use the business center, or relax in the bar.

Oekotel Salzburg Messe is situated in Salzburg and offers free WiFi. The bus line 4 stops right in front of the hotel and takes you directly to the historic center of Salzburg. All hotel rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a desk, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower (without cabin). Towels and bed linen are provided. There is an elevator to reach rooms on higher floors. Every morning, Oekotel Salzburg Messe serves a buffet breakfast.

Note about tipping: Tips are given at the end of the trip when submitting feedback forms on the bus if you are satisfied with the service. It is a token of appreciation and reward for the guide. 1. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE ORGANIZER:
In case of an insufficient number of registered passengers, the deadline for trip cancellation is 5 days before departure.
The ORGANIZER reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in the currency market or changes in accommodation or transport costs.
The ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify the travel program (changing the order of certain program elements due to objective circumstances).
The arrangement is made based on a minimum of 10 passengers.
The General Terms and Conditions of travel of the organizer apply to this arrangement.

2. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE TRAVELER:
Before the trip starts, the traveler has the right to cancel the trip and must notify the Organizer in writing in the manner specified in the contract.
The date of the written cancellation notice is the basis for calculating the cancellation fee owed to the Organizer, expressed as a percentage according to the cancellation scale relative to the total price of the trip, unless otherwise specified by the program, as follows:

If the traveler cancels timely (90 to 45 days before departure), the Organizer is entitled only to administrative costs of 2,500 RSD.

10% if canceled 44 to 30 days before departure

20% if canceled 29 to 20 days before departure

40% if canceled 19 to 15 days before departure

80% if canceled 14 to 10 days before departure

90% if canceled 9 to 6 days before departure

100% if canceled 5 to 0 days before departure or during the trip
GENERAL NOTES:

Upon registration, it is necessary to provide a copy of the passport or ID card/passport data with which the traveler will travel. It is mandatory that the traveler checks the validity and expiration date of the travel document, as well as the number of free pages required for travel.

The organizer reserves the right to change certain elements of the program due to extraordinary circumstances and matters that Travel Klub cannot foresee at the time of contract conclusion.

The organizer is not authorized to verify or assess the validity of travel or other documents.

Travel Klub is not responsible for any information given orally.

The signatory of the contract or the representative of the group of travelers is obliged to inform all travelers about the agreed program and payment conditions.

Travelers must check the exact departure time and place of the group two days before the trip.

The traveler is obliged to familiarize themselves with the rules of conduct in the country they are traveling to and comply with valid legal and customs regulations.

Transportation and transfers are performed with standard means of transport according to the regulations and criteria valid in the country where the carrier engaged by the organizer is registered. The regulations, principles, and rules determined by the carrier apply (e.g., transport in any vehicle does not imply numbered seats, nor included meals or drinks during the journey, etc.). The traveler must accept any offered seat in the vehicle.

The organizer has the right to engage all types of tourist buses that meet regulatory requirements (mini bus, bus, or double-decker), as well as other means of transport if circumstances require.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of narcotics are strictly prohibited in transport vehicles.
-
Travelers are required to stay in their seats on buses and other transport means during transfers and must not leave them at places not designated for breaks (borders, checkpoints, toll stations, etc.). If a traveler leaves the vehicle without prior agreement with the Travel Klub representative, they bear all possible costs and consequences themselves.

A traveler who disturbs other passengers or interferes with drivers and escorts through inappropriate behavior will be immediately excluded from the trip, and all responsibility passes to them without the right to complaint or refund.

The traveler must respect the schedule set by the Travel Klub representative during excursions; otherwise, the representative has the right to exclude the traveler from the excursion.

Toilets are not available on buses; according to the itinerary, breaks are made every 3–4 hours (depending on location and the equipment of the gas station), which travelers can use to visit the restroom.
-
Travel Klub determines seating arrangements, departure locations, break places, and their duration; by paying for transport, the traveler accepts all the above without the right to objection or complaint.
-
For all offered or available optional extras related to the itinerary or accommodation, travelers must express their interest when registering for the trip.
-
If a traveler independently decides to change part of the itinerary, Travel Klub is not responsible for providing transfer/early or late check-in or check-out in accommodation/different overnight stays than those foreseen by the itinerary.

Due to respecting the timetable foreseen by the program and the time of other travelers in the group, there is no possibility to delay at the border representing the exit from the European Union for the purpose of tax refund and invoice validation (TAX FREE).

Travelers who fail to settle debts and pay for excursions by the deadline stated in the itinerary and who do not notify Travel Klub in any written form within 24 hours of the payment deadline expiration will be treated as if they have withdrawn from the excursion.

City tours included in the program do not include visits or tours of interiors of public buildings, institutions, or cultural monuments unless explicitly specified in the travel program.
-
City tours during excursions may be realized on foot, by private transport, public transport, or any other means.
-
Travelers intending to visit museums and galleries are advised to check their opening hours in advance and plan visits accordingly with their free time.

Travelers are obliged to take care of their travel documents, money, and belongings during the excursion/trip. Leaving valuables in transport vehicles or hotel rooms is not recommended, as neither the organizer, nor the carrier, nor the hotel is responsible for them! In case of theft (loss of personal belongings), the traveler can claim compensation only for insured items through authorized insurance companies. The organizer cannot be held responsible, nor can complaints be filed against the organizer related to theft or unforeseen circumstances.

Minors traveling without one parent need consent from the other parent to cross the border, or if traveling without parental supervision, they must have an adult companion and notarized consent from both parents at the border crossing. Parental consent statements must be notarized.

The safety and health condition of each traveler is their personal responsibility. All travelers must be aware of the health and safety situation in the countries they travel to.
RULES OF CONDUCT:

All travelers must follow the guide's instructions and respect the decisions of responsible persons. Anyone who ignores advice or warnings may be excluded from the trip, and assumes all responsibility and costs arising from such conduct.

Traveling in groups is not the same as an individual tour; travelers must be aware of weather conditions, space for sightseeing, localities, needs of other group members, and the time needed for sightseeing.
-
Weather conditions cannot be a justified reason for trip cancellation. We do not go into nature to sunbathe but to experience new things; we climb mountains to reach peaks, not to sunbathe and take pictures. Taking pictures on unmarked, dangerous, and unsafe trails, cliffs, viewpoints, and inaccessible areas is strictly prohibited.

Hiking and visiting mountain peaks and viewpoints is a dangerous sport (hobby), and each traveler participates at their own risk. Travelers should assess their ability and fitness for the program and consult with their doctor before the trip.

Extreme sports such as rafting, canyoning, etc., are called extreme sports for a reason. Please keep this in mind when registering for such or similar programs and follow instructions.

All trash and waste must be taken back and disposed of in trash bins. During our tours, we will not disturb plant or animal life or pollute nature; we will respect and honor the local population.

When visiting monasteries and churches, appropriate dress is required.
-
Any form of discrimination, political symbols, or expressions of intolerance and hatred on any grounds is strictly prohibited, and such travelers will be excluded from the trip without the right to complaint or appeal.
