Guided city tour, followed by lunch break and free time to explore colorful facades, cobblestone streets, souvenirs, specialties, decorations, flavors, and scents of this fairy-tale town. Colmar is also the capital of Alsace wine. With its beautiful squares, fountains, and canals, the city is called “Little Venice” and feels like you’ve stepped into a Disney fairytale. After Colmar, optional visit to the picturesque medieval village of Riquewihr (15 km away), one of the most beautiful villages in France, surrounded by well-kept vineyards with about 3,000 inhabitants and a filming location for many historical movies. Free time. Return by bus to Colmar and in the evening by train to Mulhouse. Overnight stay.

Breakfast. Optional train trip (about one hour) to Strasbourg. Guided city tour, time for lunch and free exploration. Known as the city of a thousand churches, with the famous Notre-Dame Cathedral built in Gothic style as the city’s symbol. The city center is a UNESCO World Heritage site, the first city center declared a cultural heritage site. The most picturesque part is “La Petite France,” located on the river with colorful houses that once housed fishermen, flour producers, and tanners. NOTE REGARDING OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS:
Excursions must be booked before departure. Payment is to be made IN CASH at the agency office no later than 15 days before departure. Optional excursions are not a mandatory part of the program and are conducted using local transportation (train, metro, bus, etc.). Once booked on-site, optional excursions cannot be canceled and the paid amount is non-refundable. Travel Klub is not responsible and has no influence in case of delays, interruptions, strikes, or changes in local transport schedules; in such cases, it can only provide the best possible alternative in the interest of its travelers.
Optional excursions are additional services offered as a possibility within the travel program, but do not constitute a mandatory part of it. The realization of optional excursions and other optional services does not affect the implementation of the tourist trip, and their cost is not included in the sale price of the trip (excursions, entrance tickets, various types of insurance, etc.). The realization of optional services abroad depends on the number of registered passengers, ticket availability, time of passenger registration, availability of guides, transportation means, etc., and cannot be grounds for complaints by passengers regarding the tourist trip carried out.
ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION:
Best Western Hotel de La Bourse 3* (or similar) in Mulhouse is located just across the river from the train station and close to the city center. The rooms are equipped with modern private bathrooms and offer free WiFi. Rooms overlook either the Jardin de la Bourse or the inner courtyard. The hotel serves a continental breakfast. It also features a lounge bar where guests can relax with a cocktail or drink.
City Inn Basel 3* (or similar) in Basel is located just a 10-minute tram ride from the Basel Congress and Exhibition Center, in the city center within walking distance of theaters and museums. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. All elegant non-smoking rooms are modernly furnished and include a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Facilities include a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a work desk. The neighboring hotel, accessible through a passageway, has a bar and restaurant where City Inn guests can enjoy drinks or regional cuisine. A terrace is available in good weather. The main train station is 200 meters from the property.

Note on tipping: Tipping the guide is optional. It is given at the end of the trip, upon submitting feedback forms if you are satisfied with the service. A tip is a form of gratitude, a reward for the person who assisted you during the trip. For multi-day tours, a suggested tip is approximately €10.
DISCOUNTS AND SUPPLEMENTS:
Supplement for single room – upon request. It is possible to share a double room or double +1 room with another solo traveler without supplement. Tourist tax is paid at the hotel reception, approximately €2.5 per person per day.
PAYMENT METHODS:
The arrangement must be paid EXCLUSIVELY BY BANK TRANSFER (electronic, bank or post office payment) in Serbian dinar equivalent, 50% upon reservation, amount up to the price of the airfare upon organizer’s request (if it exceeds the advance), the remainder up to the full price no later than 30 days before departure, electronically, by VISA, DINA, MAESTRO, MASTER CARD payment cards, in installments by checks, deferred up to 2 months, with realization on the 10th or 20th of the month.
Prices of low-cost arrangements are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the group is formed and airline tickets are purchased. Purchased airline tickets by low-cost companies can be changed to another name only with a surcharge, dates cannot be changed, and after buying tickets there is no refund option!
In arrangements that include transportation by low-cost companies, the airline’s conditions apply. In case of flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections, passengers must cover any additional costs themselves and Travel Klub cannot influence circumstances beyond its control. In such cases or in case of any unfulfilled service, the traveler may activate travel insurance.
CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER:
In case of an insufficient number of registered passengers, the deadline for trip cancellation is 5 days before departure.
The ORGANIZER reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in the monetary market or changes in accommodation or transport costs. The ORGANIZER also reserves the right to modify the travel program (the order of certain program contents) due to objective circumstances.
The arrangement is based on a minimum of 10 passengers. The General Terms and Conditions of the organizer apply to this arrangement.

CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER:
Before the start of the trip: The traveler has the right to cancel the trip and must notify the Organizer in writing in the manner stipulated by the contract. The date of the written cancellation notice constitutes the basis for calculating the organizer’s cancellation fees, expressed as a percentage according to the cancellation scale in relation to the total trip price, unless otherwise specified in the program:

If the traveler cancels in due time (90 to 45 days before), the Organizer is entitled only to reimbursement of administrative costs amounting to 2,500 RSD.

10% cancellation fee if canceled from 44 to 30 days before the trip starts.*

90% cancellation fee if canceled 29 to 5 days before the trip starts.

100% cancellation fee if canceled 5 to 0 days before departure or during the trip.
GENERAL NOTES:

Upon registration, it is necessary to provide a copy or details of the passport with which the traveler will travel.

The traveler is responsible for verifying the validity and expiration date of their travel document, as well as the number of free pages required for travel.

All passports must have a validity period of at least 180 days (6 months) from the date of return to the home country.

The travel organizer is not authorized to verify or guarantee the validity of travel or other documents. Travel Klub is not responsible for any information given orally.

It is mandatory that the traveler informs themselves about entry conditions, visa requirements, or any other necessary documents before traveling to the destination country.

The program is based on a minimum of 10 passengers for air travel. In case of insufficient number of passengers or other objective circumstances, the organizer will notify travelers of the cancellation no later than 7 days before departure for long-distance trips.

For arrangements including air travel, after purchasing airline tickets, refunds are not possible, and airline company policies apply. Tickets are usually purchased months in advance, and if the traveler cancels after registration and payment, they are obligated to pay airline ticket costs according to airline conditions.

According to law (Article 71), if a passenger requests a name change or ticket cancellation and issuance of a new ticket, the travel organizer has the right to charge for these costs (this applies only to air travel arrangements).

Travel Klub is not responsible for luggage delays or losses; this liability lies solely with the airline company.

For low-cost airline arrangements, in case of flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections, passengers must cover additional expenses themselves, and Travel Klub cannot influence circumstances beyond its control. Prices for low-cost arrangements are subject to change, and tariffs are checked after deposit payment before confirming the final price to the traveler.

Travel Klub is not responsible for changes in airline connections made by the airline. Flight times listed in the itinerary or provided by Travel Klub are subject to change and depend solely on the airline.

The organizer reserves the right to change parts of the program due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Travel Klub’s control at the time of contract signing.

Travelers must familiarize themselves with and respect the laws and customs of the destination country.

Travelers are obliged to check the exact departure time and meeting point two days before departure.

Travelers whose inappropriate behavior disturbs others or interferes with drivers or group guides will be immediately excluded from the trip without the right to refund or complaint.

Travelers must respect the schedule set by Travel Klub representatives during the trip; otherwise, representatives have the right to exclude the traveler from the trip.

If a traveler independently decides to change any part of the itinerary or program, Travel Klub is not responsible for providing transfers, early or late check-ins/check-outs, or different accommodations than those planned.

Minors must have notarized parental consent to travel. Due to strict scheduling, there is no possibility to delay at borders for VAT refunds (Tax Free) in the EU.

Travelers are advised to carefully safeguard their personal documents and money. In case of theft or loss, compensation can only be claimed through authorized insurance companies; the travel organizer is not responsible for theft or unforeseen circumstances.

Travelers who fail to pay or notify Travel Klub of payment by the deadline will be considered as having withdrawn from the trip.

Minors traveling without one parent must have notarized consent from the other parent or travel with a legal guardian.

Safety and health are personal responsibilities; travelers must be aware of health and safety conditions in the destination countries.

Free time to visit one of about 40 museums in Basel or other individual activities. Overnight stay.
DAY 5: BASEL – BELGRADE
Breakfast. Check-out from the hotel and free time until transfer to the airport. Transfer by local public transport to the airport two to three hours before the return flight. Departure to Belgrade at 13:15 (15:45 in October and November), flight number W6 4052. Arrival in Belgrade at 15:10 (17:35 in October and November).

NOTE REGARDING OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS:
Excursions must be booked before departure. Payment is to be made IN CASH at the agency office no later than 15 days before departure. Optional excursions are not a mandatory part of the program and are conducted using local transportation (train, metro, bus, etc.). Once booked on-site, optional excursions cannot be canceled and the paid amount is non-refundable. Travel Klub is not responsible and has no influence in case of delays, interruptions, strikes, or changes in local transport schedules; in such cases, it can only provide the best possible alternative in the interest of its travelers.
Optional excursions are additional services offered as a possibility within the travel program, but do not constitute a mandatory part of it. The realization of optional excursions and other optional services does not affect the implementation of the tourist trip, and their cost is not included in the sale price of the trip (excursions, entrance tickets, various types of insurance, etc.). The realization of optional services abroad depends on the number of registered passengers, ticket availability, time of passenger registration, availability of guides, transportation means, etc., and cannot be grounds for complaints by passengers regarding the tourist trip carried out.
ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION:
Best Western Hotel de La Bourse 3* (or similar) in Mulhouse is located just across the river from the train station and close to the city center. The rooms are equipped with modern private bathrooms and offer free WiFi. Rooms overlook either the Jardin de la Bourse or the inner courtyard. The hotel serves a continental breakfast. It also features a lounge bar where guests can relax with a cocktail or drink.
City Inn Basel 3* (or similar) in Basel is located just a 10-minute tram ride from the Basel Congress and Exhibition Center, in the city center within walking distance of theaters and museums. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. All elegant non-smoking rooms are modernly furnished and include a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Facilities include a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a work desk. The neighboring hotel, accessible through a passageway, has a bar and restaurant where City Inn guests can enjoy drinks or regional cuisine. A terrace is available in good weather. The main train station is 200 meters from the property.

Note on tipping: Tipping the guide is optional. It is given at the end of the trip, upon submitting feedback forms if you are satisfied with the service. A tip is a form of gratitude, a reward for the person who assisted you during the trip. For multi-day tours, a suggested tip is approximately €10.
DISCOUNTS AND SUPPLEMENTS:
Supplement for single room – upon request. It is possible to share a double room or double +1 room with another solo traveler without supplement. Tourist tax is paid at the hotel reception, approximately €2.5 per person per day.
PAYMENT METHODS:
The arrangement must be paid EXCLUSIVELY BY BANK TRANSFER (electronic, bank or post office payment) in Serbian dinar equivalent, 50% upon reservation, amount up to the price of the airfare upon organizer’s request (if it exceeds the advance), the remainder up to the full price no later than 30 days before departure, electronically, by VISA, DINA, MAESTRO, MASTER CARD payment cards, in installments by checks, deferred up to 2 months, with realization on the 10th or 20th of the month.
Prices of low-cost arrangements are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the group is formed and airline tickets are purchased. Purchased airline tickets by low-cost companies can be changed to another name only with a surcharge, dates cannot be changed, and after buying tickets there is no refund option!
In arrangements that include transportation by low-cost companies, the airline’s conditions apply. In case of flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections, passengers must cover any additional costs themselves and Travel Klub cannot influence circumstances beyond its control. In such cases or in case of any unfulfilled service, the traveler may activate travel insurance.
CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER:
In case of an insufficient number of registered passengers, the deadline for trip cancellation is 5 days before departure.
The ORGANIZER reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in the monetary market or changes in accommodation or transport costs. The ORGANIZER also reserves the right to modify the travel program (the order of certain program contents) due to objective circumstances.
The arrangement is based on a minimum of 10 passengers. The General Terms and Conditions of the organizer apply to this arrangement.

CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER:
Before the start of the trip: The traveler has the right to cancel the trip and must notify the Organizer in writing in the manner stipulated by the contract. The date of the written cancellation notice constitutes the basis for calculating the organizer’s cancellation fees, expressed as a percentage according to the cancellation scale in relation to the total trip price, unless otherwise specified in the program:

If the traveler cancels in due time (90 to 45 days before), the Organizer is entitled only to reimbursement of administrative costs amounting to 2,500 RSD.

10% cancellation fee if canceled from 44 to 30 days before the trip starts.*

90% cancellation fee if canceled 29 to 5 days before the trip starts.

100% cancellation fee if canceled 5 to 0 days before departure or during the trip.
GENERAL NOTES:

Upon registration, it is necessary to provide a copy or details of the passport with which the traveler will travel.

The traveler is responsible for verifying the validity and expiration date of their travel document, as well as the number of free pages required for travel.

All passports must have a validity period of at least 180 days (6 months) from the date of return to the home country.

The travel organizer is not authorized to verify or guarantee the validity of travel or other documents. Travel Klub is not responsible for any information given orally.

It is mandatory that the traveler informs themselves about entry conditions, visa requirements, or any other necessary documents before traveling to the destination country.

The program is based on a minimum of 10 passengers for air travel. In case of insufficient number of passengers or other objective circumstances, the organizer will notify travelers of the cancellation no later than 7 days before departure for long-distance trips.

For arrangements including air travel, after purchasing airline tickets, refunds are not possible, and airline company policies apply. Tickets are usually purchased months in advance, and if the traveler cancels after registration and payment, they are obligated to pay airline ticket costs according to airline conditions.

According to law (Article 71), if a passenger requests a name change or ticket cancellation and issuance of a new ticket, the travel organizer has the right to charge for these costs (this applies only to air travel arrangements).

Travel Klub is not responsible for luggage delays or losses; this liability lies solely with the airline company.

For low-cost airline arrangements, in case of flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections, passengers must cover additional expenses themselves, and Travel Klub cannot influence circumstances beyond its control. Prices for low-cost arrangements are subject to change, and tariffs are checked after deposit payment before confirming the final price to the traveler.

Travel Klub is not responsible for changes in airline connections made by the airline. Flight times listed in the itinerary or provided by Travel Klub are subject to change and depend solely on the airline.

The organizer reserves the right to change parts of the program due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Travel Klub’s control at the time of contract signing.

Travelers must familiarize themselves with and respect the laws and customs of the destination country.
-
Travelers are obliged to check the exact departure time and meeting point two days before departure.

Travelers whose inappropriate behavior disturbs others or interferes with drivers or group guides will be immediately excluded from the trip without the right to refund or complaint.

Travelers must respect the schedule set by Travel Klub representatives during the trip; otherwise, representatives have the right to exclude the traveler from the trip.

If a traveler independently decides to change any part of the itinerary or program, Travel Klub is not responsible for providing transfers, early or late check-ins/check-outs, or different accommodations than those planned.

Minors must have notarized parental consent to travel. Due to strict scheduling, there is no possibility to delay at borders for VAT refunds (Tax Free) in the EU.

Travelers are advised to carefully safeguard their personal documents and money. In case of theft or loss, compensation can only be claimed through authorized insurance companies; the travel organizer is not responsible for theft or unforeseen circumstances.

Travelers who fail to pay or notify Travel Klub of payment by the deadline will be considered as having withdrawn from the trip.

Minors traveling without one parent must have notarized consent from the other parent or travel with a legal guardian.

Safety and health are personal responsibilities; travelers must be aware of health and safety conditions in the destination countries.

This program is subject to the general terms of Organizacija Stari grad and any special notes indicated in the travel program.

Flight times in the itinerary are for informational purposes and subject to change by the airline. The organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary accordingly without liability for consequences arising from such changes.
